Coverage begins first of the month following 60 days
Open enrollment is from May 1 through May 31 annually
Employer pays 100% on Bronze level health plan option for employees. Employees can choose higher level plans and pay the rest of the premium
Employer pays 0% for dependents
Employees pay 100% of dental premium
