Since premium amounts may change with a new pan year, members are encouraged to review their AutoPay settings before January 1.
Members enrolled in AutoPay who are not renewing their 2026 plan or are changing plans for 2026, may need to turn off AutoPay after the December payment to prevent a January 2026 premium deduction.
AutoPay changes, including cancellations or payment date adjustments, may take up to five calendar days to process.
