Eligibility
38 hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis
Coverage begins first of the month following 60 days
Open enrollment is from Dec 1 through Dec 15 for a January 1 start date
Employer pays 100% for employees on the Kaiser Standard Bronze Plan
This is an employee only contract. Dependents are not eligible
The Kaiser Standard Bronze plan renews on January 1st each year
