Eligibility and Contributions
Employees must work 30 hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis to be eligible for medical and 24 hours a week for dental
Coverage begins first of the month following 30 days of employment
Open enrollment is February 1st through February 28st for March 1st effective date
Employer pays 50% for employee only on the Kaiser Health and Dental Plans
Employees may enroll dependents in Health, Dental, and Life Insurance plans with premium contributions
