Paris Laughlin is the Founder and Principal Agent of Laughlin Insurance, where he has spent decades helping individuals, families, Medicare beneficiaries, and employers make informed decisions about their health insurance and financial protection. Throughout his career, he has built the agency on a simple philosophy: provide knowledgeable guidance, honest recommendations, exceptional personal service, and long-term relationships built on trust.
Paris’s career in healthcare began at the age of 17 when he joined Bess Kaiser Hospital as an admitting specialist. Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to serving patients, he advanced through increasingly responsible positions within the organization before joining the sales department at Kaiser Permanente. After building extensive experience in healthcare and insurance, Paris retired from Kaiser in 1996 to establish Laughlin Insurance as an independent insurance brokerage dedicated to serving the unique needs of individuals, families, Medicare beneficiaries, and employer groups throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Drawing upon decades of healthcare and insurance experience, Paris has helped thousands of clients understand their insurance options and make informed decisions that protect both their health and financial well-being. He is licensed in Health, Life, and Property & Casualty Insurance in both Oregon and Washington. He also maintains the American Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Certification and is a Certified Marketplace Broker for both the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (HealthCare.gov) and the Washington Healthplanfinder Marketplace. Through ongoing professional education and annual certifications, Paris remains current on evolving regulations, plan designs, and industry best practices.

Outside the Office
Outside the office, Paris enjoys golfing, fishing, and collecting a variety of historical and specialty collectibles. He especially values spending time with his four children and seven grandchildren, all of whom live in the Pacific Northwest.
