Sarah Selix
Sarah joined Laughlin Insurance in 2022 and quickly became an integral member of the agency team. As the agency’s Administrative Assistant, she plays an important role in supporting both clients and staff by helping ensure the office operates efficiently and that every client receives responsive, professional service from their first contact with the agency.
Sarah provides administrative support to the agency’s licensed insurance professionals by coordinating appointments, assisting with client communications, managing marketing projects, organizing office operations, and handling many of the behind-the-scenes responsibilities that contribute to an exceptional client experience. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service help keep the agency running smoothly while allowing the licensed agents to focus on meeting clients’ insurance needs.
Sarah also serves as the primary administrative coordinator for the Project Access NOW (PAN) program. In this role, she assists individuals throughout the application process by coordinating required documentation, organizing paperwork, answering general program questions, and helping applicants complete the enrollment process accurately and efficiently. Her compassionate approach and attention to detail help make what can often be a complex process more manageable for those seeking assistance.
