Rchael and Paris went above and beyond to assist me in understanding how to purchase medical insurance for myself. I had not had any experience in buying insurance for myself so it was challenging for me to understand it all and they both took care of me and took extra time to help me understand and choose the best plans for myself. Problem solved, thank you Laughlin Insurance!  Recently the premium for the group insurance plan I was on doubled and the benefits were cut, so I began shopping for an individual insurance plan.  I asked my doctor for suggestions, and she gave me the contact information for Paris.  I called Paris, and told him the benefits that were important to me, a little background about my health history, the max I could afford for a monthly premium, and the deductible amount I felt comfortable with, and he helped me narrow it down to a few plans.  He listened, was knowledgeable about the different plans, gave me options and suggestions, and after I hung up the phone, I felt very confident about my decision.  If anyone is shopping for health insurance, I highly recommend calling the Laughlin Agency – they helped make finding and applying for an insurance plan a painless process!
