Eligibility
40 hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis
Coverage begins date of hire
Open enrollment is from December 1st through December 31st annually for January 1st start date
Employer pays 100% for employee only on the Regence Gold 800 Preferred Health Plan
Employees may enroll dependents on the plan with premium contributions
The Regence 800 Preferred plan renews on January 1st each year
