40 hours a week on a regularly scheduled basis
Coverage begins first of the month following 60 days
Open Enrollment is November 1st through November 31st annually for a December 1st start date
Employer pays 100% medical and 0% dental for employees only
Employees may enroll dependents with premium contributions
The Kaiser health plan renews on December 1 each year
