Eligibility
30 hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis
Coverage begins first of the month following 30 days of working the required amount of hours
Open Enrollment for the Medical plan is August 1 – August 31 annually
Open Enrollment for the Dental plan is October 1 – October 31 annually
Employer pays 100% for the medical and dental plan for employees, and 0% for dependents
Employee’s can enroll dependents with premium contributions
