Eligibility and Contribution
20 hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis
Coverage begins on the 90th day of working the required amount of hours
Employer pays 50% of employee premiums on the medical and dental premiums
Dependents are eligible to enroll with their own premium contributions
Open enrollment is from February 1st – February 28th for the medical and dental plans
